[It's a cloudly night but there's someone out on the rooftops, perched on a building roof. Allen shuts his eyes for a moment, half listening to the PCD and all that's happened lately. He doesn't like to see anyone hurt, but the only question on his mind is the one he voices out loud.]
...just why do these things happen?
[He peers at the PCD screen again before picking up the device and walking the length of the roof, his footsteps slow and methodical. This place was starting to wear at him when he kept seeing people be hurt. It wasn't any of his business but people were still being hurt and he feels has to do something.]
