Any-who... I received a call from the Red Cross today. Tomorrow I am attending a Fast-Track training (10 hours!) and then I will be available for deployment to the South. The lady said that I will have 24-48 hours of notice before I leave and I will be gone 21 days. I'm relieved to finally know what's up there. I'm also really nervous about going. Where will they send me? Will I need to get medical stuff done first? Will my job wait for me? Will I see any of my AmeriFriends down there? Gah! @_@
