There was recently a meeting among the medical staff in which several issues were brought up for discussion.  I decided to bring up the fact that I no longer have my license due to a conflict between myself and the senior medical staff at the hospital where I was working

So you admit that you put people into potentially dangerous situations.

Every surgery is a potentially dangerous situation no matter who is performing it. They're probably in safer hands with me than with 99% of doctors where I'm from.

And? My home is equipped to handle whatever issue a patient might have during the operation as well seeing to their recovery after the operation.

I take what I do very seriously.
