So I got my first weeks paycheck for the summer.
I wanted people to see how much of a nerd I really am and post a piece from an excel spreadsheet I made to track my hours, payment, etc. Now since I haven't updated in a while people need to be clued in a bit as to what this all means.
First of all I'm working for Pepsi again this summer doing merchandising within grocery stores and sometimes Wal-Mart etc. Basically my job is to go to 4-5 stores in a day and take backstock and move it to shelves and displays, sometimes build and take down said displays. I'm sure you've all seen the big Pepsi display at the end of an aisle of 2 liters or 24-oz. bottles in a few flavors. So anyway I have to drive from store to store and I get paid by the mile at 37.5 cents (which is quite a lot). This pays for gas and general wear-and-tear on the car. Personally my car is slowly falling apart anyway so if they want to help pay for repairs and whatever they can be my guest, or I can just pocket any money not spent directly towards my car which is cool.
