Someone is Finally Taller Than Sam on SPN Tonight!! (My Ep. 13 Thoughts)
Another trip down memory lane for Supernatural as I watched 1x19 ('Provenance') tonight and I have to say, when Sam and Dean broke into the auction house the way they did, I definitely missed the methodical approach in that execution (Sam disarming the system while Dean works the lock while wearing black gloves....we just don't see that anymore).
Also, with the way "Arrow" ended tonight (Queen vs Queen); that was awesome!! I've been waiting for that!

**MAJOR SPOILER ALERT*
"Supernatural" - ep. 8x13 ("Everybody Hates Hitler")

- Henry Winchester's arrival and the knowledge of the 'Men of Letters' (MoL)
- NOW:
- Belarus
- German soldiers on the scene
- German Nazi base is being attacked
- Inside -- fancy insides
- Soldiers get ready for their attacker
- The massive man enters -- he's bulletproof
- The chanting man disappears before the 'massive man' gets to him
- TITLE CARD
- Lebanon, Kansas
- Sam and Dean arrive at what looks like an abandoned factory
- Dean takes the key out of the box
- Sam and Dean enter inside (start WEBCLIP)
- Sam is impressed by the 'nerve center'
- It's where hunters were monitored they had walked in on for the 'Men of Letters'
- Dean notices signs of a quick departure
- Dean turns the lights on
- Sam is stunned

- Someone has eyes on Sam -- he notices and tips Dean off
- Night - Parking Lot
- Sam takes a walk -- he stalls as a diversion
- Dean confronts Sam's follower (its the massive man)
- Dean is stunned
- Dean gets tossed like a sack of potatoes
- Sam tries to chop the 'massive man' but it doesn't work
- Sam actually has to look him at him...I find that awesome since Sam is 6'4" as it is
- 'Massive Man' drops Sam when he's ordered to stop...by the man Dean had thought was following him
- 'Massive Man' is a Golem
- Dean moans about his spleen while on the ground

- Rabbi's Grandson was the man tailing Dean and he's the last descendent of the Initiatives
- Initiatives is what Sam and Dean were following as a 'Men of Letters'
- Golem was created to protect the Jewish in times of crisis
- Golem confirms that the Rabbis knew of the 'Men of Letters'
- Grandson got Golem the day after Rabbi died
- Sam and Dean witness conflict between Golem and Grandson
- Someone is watching the house
- Golem continues to walk around (he's restless)
- Facts are being traded/shared
- It's fast-paced but I love it!
- Grandson revealed that Rabbi had called him before he died with a number (for the library system)

- Grandson questions Sam and Dean about the breaking and entering in a casual fashion
- Sam makes a run to check his hunch out for a possible swap out
- Sam gets hit once he finds the ledger
- Stalker confronts Sam
- Sam makes a run for it to warn Dean that the Necromancer is present before he collapses
- Grandson is hit like Sam
- Dean sends the Golem after the Necromancer
- Golem attacks the Necromancer and drags him back to Dean
- Necromancer says his final words before the Golem calmly snaps his neck
- The spell fades from Sam

- Grandson wakes up to the Golem telling them that the 'Men of Letters' saved his life
- Sam and Dean bury the Necromancer

- Aaron comments that Sam and Dean are psychopaths after they burn the body

- Golem recalls the night of the fire (what the episode opened up to)
- Aaron reveals that he smoked the pages to the Golem's Instruction Manuals (long ago)
- Golem is furious that Aaron doesn't know what to do (its not his place to teach)

- Sam talks about the ledger's contents being a roster of soldiers they reanimated
- How to Kill Them -- kill shot to the head then burn them immediately before they reanimate

- Man in a limo arrives and searches the aisle
- Man is aware that the Necromancer is dead and burned
- Man finds some clay in the shelves -- he knows of the Golem
- Is he the same Man from the opening scene that disappeared in the fire?

- Dean gets off the phone with Garth -- no hunter has heard of the society the Necromancer
- Sam can't figure out what of Golem mythology is right
- Aaron walks in -- he doesn't like the idea of killing the Golem
- Golem was meant to fight in wars that Aaron isn't ready for
- Man bursts through the door and restrain Sam, Dean and Aaron
- Sam hides the ledger before anyone noticed
- Golem enters
- Golem comes face to face with Man (Ackhart ?) who takes control of Golem
- COMMERCIAL
- House
- Sam and Dean have guns trained on them
- Man/Leader gets the possession scroll (my name for it) from the Golem -- it was in his mouth
- Golem's Rabbi is supposed to write their name on the possession scroll
- Leader wants the ledger -- Sam and Dean won't crack
- Sam questions the Leader
- Dean surveys his surroundings
- A Henchman finds the ledger
- Aaron makes a move and whacks the Leader in the head with a piece of wood
- Dean and Sam take that as their cue to grab their guns and kill the two henchmen
- Aaron hides behind the frozen Golem as Sam and Dean shoot Leader in the head
- COMMERCIAL
- House - Night
- Golem is still frozen in place as he was when he spat the 'possession scroll' out
- Sam, Dean and Aaron return from burning their Nazi attackers
- Aaron writes his name on the scroll -- he takes responsibility
- Aaron places the scroll back in Golem's mouth

As for my story "More Than A Petrova", I may delay this week's update just a bit because of all the projects I have due in the upcoming week (apparently my professors want things done before reading week starts on Feb. 18th). So just a heads up there for my readers for that story.
I'll be back tomorrow with my VD thoughts...plus I believe we meet Hunter-Vaughn tomorrow too!
