Auctioning off a Bullet on TO! (My 3x16 Thoughts)

Alright so here is a jotted recap of the episode with my initial thoughts included throughout and after the episode. I do it this way because my memory sucks when it comes to recalling things that don't revolve around my OTP for the series.

Synopsis: THE REMAINING WHITE OAK BULLET - When rumors begin to spread about the remaining white oak bullet, dangerous foes descend upon New Orleans in an attempt to take down Klaus (Joseph Morgan) once and for all. As the threats continue to grow, Elijah (Daniel Gillies) urges his siblings to lay low at the compound while Marcel (Charles Michael Davis), Vincent (Yusuf Gatewood) and Josh (guest star Steven Krueger) chase down a lead involving a mysterious vampire named Sofya (guest star Taylor Cole), who may have the answers they’re looking for. Meanwhile, tensions inside the compound build as Kol (guest star Nathaniel Buzolic) is forced to come face to face with his brother Finn (guest star Casper Zafer), the person responsible for his death. Elsewhere, Klaus and Hayley (Phoebe Tonkin) seek shelter with her former pack and stumble upon some unsettling news involving the threat against them. - Joshua wants to join the Strix since they aren't leaving town
- "You want to join the Strix?" -Marcel
- Joshua knows of an auction for the White Oak Bullet
- Marcel doesn't know about it
- Joshua had done his research with his modern day resources
- Joshua specialized in computer science and he did a paper about the Deep Web
- Love that!
- Vincent enters with news that a woman took the White Oak Bullet
Compound
- Lucien is stopped by the guards
- Lucien wants to get to know Freya...he brought flowers
- Kol tells Elijah that Finn has returned
- Kol wants Finn to suffer for killing him
- Kol believes Finn started the missing White Oak rumors to get Klaus' enemies to town
- Freya walks in and defends Finn...that the rumors were there before Finn's return
- Freya believes Finn's return is an opportunity to fix the family
- Kol reminds Freya that Finn has tried to kill them all (but her) many times before
- Elijah wonders why Freya is certain of this
- Finn interrupts
- "Our sister knows me well." -Finn
- Finn wants to chat
COMMERICAL

- Klaus, Hayley and Hope enter a bar
- "I feel safer already." -Klaus
- Bartender tells them it's closed
- "Perhaps you failed to notice the hat." -Klaus (with a hat that says 'Mother Trucker' on it)
- Hayley's old friend takes over for the bartender...Hollis
- Hayley is welcomed openly
- Klaus notices this
- Hollis is surprised by the changes in Hayley
- Hollis notices Hayley's wedding ring and assumes that Klaus is her husband
- Hayley clarifies that Klaus is Hope's father and a complication
- Hollis calls Klaus a city boy
- "Never underestimate the lure of indoor plumbing." -Klaus
Compound
- Elijah learns from Marcel about the auction for the White Oak
- "This is your idea of good news?" -Elijah
- Marcel has a plan to infiltrate the auction while the Strix double security around Elijah
- "God speed Marcellus." -Elijah
- Freya gets between an arguing Elijah and Kol
- Kol gets loose and attacks Finn
- Lucien intervenes and restrains Kol
- Elijah enters with more pressing matters
- "Right now we are all at risk." -Elijah
- Elijah wants to settle things between them all

- Klaus doesn't like the dirty establishment
- Klaus brings up the tension between Hayley and Elijah
- Hayley refuses to talk since Klaus isn't part of it

- Marcel grabbed one of Klaus' enemies
- Vincent grabs the phone and uses fingerprint ID to get access to the bid texts
- Joshua uses the text to get into the Deep Web auction set up

- "These guys are not playing around." -Joshua
- Marcel gives the bid of 'Strix loyalty'
- Marcel's bid is accepted

- Freya is dismissed
- Elijah brings up Finn's attitude towards what they are
- "We are not the same!" -Finn
- Finn only wants Freya to put him in a witch body so he could have his happy

- Joshua goes to the meeting
- Joshua is exposed immediately
- Sofya knows who Joshua is and that Marcel is involved
- Sofya works for someone who wants the Mikaelsons to suffer for their sins
- Joshua is punished
Parking Lot
- Klaus buckles Hope into the car
- Hayley wants to help Kayla
- Klaus refuses to help Hayley's friend
- Hayley repimands Klaus for his selfish actions
- Hayley tells Klaus that he's incapable of helping anyone outside the family
- Clearly she hasn't seen Klaus help Camille repeatedly
- Hayley is determed to help Kayla and Kaus is to stay behind
- "You're gonna stay here and shut up!" -Hayley
- Hayley reminds Klaus that Hope could one day be in Kayla's postion
- Hayley hopes someone is there to help Hope if that happens
- "Being kind doesn't make you weak Klaus." -Hayley
Kol's Room
- Kol rants to Davina about Finn wanting to be put into a witch's body and the possibility of Elijah saying yes
- Davina tries to distract Kol with seduction
- "It won't work." -Kol
- Davina kisses him some more
- The make out between them increases
- Kol almost vamps out on her neck
- Kol rushes out
Meeting Place
- Joshua gets beat on
- Marcel intervenes
- Vincent rushes in
- Joshua gives his blood to Vincent (since he bit Sofya)
- Vincent uses the blood to track the woman
- Awesome!!
Road
- Sofya is stuck in a road block
- Marcel makes his entrance
- "I don't believe we've met. I'm Marcel Gerard." -Marcel
- Sofya rushes from the car
- Vincent, Joshua and others block off all exists, sealing Sofya inside
- Marcel joins them
- Marcel wants the name of Sofya's employer
- Sofya refuses since she will be killed
- Marcel isn't nervous
- Sofya tells Marcel that since he intervened, Marcel will be a target by her employer too

- Davina looks through some books and comes across something
- Davina is determined to punish Finn
- Kol is plotting against Finn as he drinks
- Elijah tells Kol not to retaliate
- Kol wants Finn to suffer for killing him
- Elijah wants Kol to control himself
- Kol's anger explodes
- "That's not your decision to make!" -Kol
- "Control yourself! *Kol is destructive* Unless you can't." -Elijah
- Kol confesses in Elijah that his control is worse than it was before
- Kol worries that he'll hurt Davina because of his lack of control
- Elijah tries to comfort Kol
- Kol confesses as to who his hunger and rage is worse than before
- Kol fears he'll hurt Davina if he loses control
Woods
- Hayley goes to see Kayla
- Kayla is relieved
- Hayley tells Kayla that she's not alone despite the lack of pack presence
- Hayley wants to show Kayla something
Compound
- Davina comes across Finn
- Finn tells Davina of a tale of a naive girl she reminds him of that Kol corrupted
- Davina doesn't believe Finn
- Finn knows that's not true
- Davina knows who the enemy is
- "Kol has changed but you're the monster that you've always been." -Davina
- Davina uses magic on Finn and uses a curse that locks him into that vampire body of his
- "You're stuck as a vampire for the rest of your pathetic life." -Davina
- Finn attacks Davina
- Kol intervenes
- Kol and Finn fight each other
- Finn is thrown through a window
- Kol moves to burn Finn
- Freya intervenes with a shout
- "Kol stop!" -Freya
- Kol moves closer to Finn
- Elijah intervenes and restrains Kol
- "Enough." -Elijah
COMMERCIAL
Compound
- Elijah tells Kol to back down
- Kol would rather be out in the city with a risk of White Oak than be with the family that stands with Finn
- Kol and Davina walk off
- Freya worries for Kol
- Elijah isn't worried
- Elijah holds out the White Oak bullet that Marcel gave to him
- "The last remaining White Oak in the world." -Elijah
- Elijah signals for Freya to lit a fire
- Freya lits a fire with magic
- Elijah tosses the bullet into the fire
- Finn rushes to retrieve the bullet
- Finn can't live forever as a vampire...without hope

- Hayley takes Kayla to the place the pack would take new werewolves to ask for forgiveness in triggering the curse
- Hayley hands over the wallet of the man that Kayla killed (thanks to a police contact of Hayley's)
- Hayley explains the tradition

- Klaus approaches

- Elijah tries to take the White Oak from Finn
- Finn refuses
- Lucien rushes to grab the White Oak Bullet from Finn
- Lucien throws it to Elijah
- Elijah doesn't destroy the White Oak
- Finn wants the White Oak saved
- Lucien wants the White Oak destroyed
- Lucien tells Elijah that the White Oak can't stay as it's a beacon for all their enemies
- Lucien suggests that Freya gets the White Oak since she is the one that loves all the Mikaelsons the most
- Freya offers to hide the White Oak from many spells and where no one could find it
- Elijah hands over the White Oak to Freya
Marcel's Apartment
- Vincent and Joshua have Sofya restrained
- Sofya relieves that her employer wanted her to hand over the White Oak Bullet
- The question is why
- Vincent tries to use magic to get answers from Sofya
- Vincent is empowered by the Ancestors as he's flooded with a message...jumbled visions
- Vincent's eyes are white
- Vincent understands their message
- Vincent uses magic to snap Joshua's neck
- Sofya is stunned
- "The ancestors don't want me to kill you. They want me to help you help him. May God have mercy on us all." -Vincent
- I'm nervous

- Elijah tries to take the White Oak from Finn
- Finn refuses
- Lucien rushes to grab the White Oak Bullet from Finn
- Lucien throws it to Elijah
- Elijah doesn't destroy the White Oak
- Finn wants the White Oak saved
- Lucien wants the White Oak destroyed
- Lucien tells Elijah that the White Oak can't stay as it's a beacon for all their enemies
- Lucien suggests that Freya gets the White Oak since she is the one that loves all the Mikaelsons the most
- Freya offers to hide the White Oak from many spells and where no one could find it
- Elijah hands over the White Oak to Freya
Marcel's Apartment
- Vincent and Joshua have Sofya restrained
- Sofya relieves that her employer wanted her to hand over the White Oak Bullet
- The question is why
- Vincent tries to use magic to get answers from Sofya
- Vincent is empowered by the Ancestors as he's flooded with a message...jumbled visions
- Vincent's eyes are white
- Vincent understands their message
- Vincent uses magic to snap Joshua's neck
- Sofya is stunned
- "The ancestors don't want me to kill you. They want me to help you help him. May God have mercy on us all." -Vincent

- Klaus realizes that the attacks aren't accidents but targets

- Elijah and Marcel have drinks
- Marcel wants to get the word out
- Elijah wonders if getting the White Oak was too easy
- "Hey, maybe I'm just that good." -Marcel
- Marcel leaves
- Elijah calls Klaus with the news about the White Oak
- Klaus knows that Kingsmen Development is targeting werewolves
- Elijah fears that something else is going on while the auction was a distraction
Apartment
- Marcel finds Sofya gone and Joshua unconscious
Alleyway
- Freya gets ready to hide the White Oak
- Vincent approaches and kidnaps Freya

- Lucien has Freya in restraints...he now has the White Oak Bullet
