Yea, the meterperson got us. Friggin $35 for parking in a bus zone. I didn't see a sign, the curb was not painted, and there was a couple of other people parked there already. Corner of 5th and South St. in Philly. Freezy cold and on a Sunday, what meterperson in their right mind would be out there walking the beat instead of sitting in a coffee shop all toasty warm?
