Well, just back from dinner. Soup was cream of chicken vegetable. Salad: Victoria's Garden, tossed greens with Granny Smith apples, toasted walnuts,crumbled Gorgonzola with balsamic vinaigrette. Entree: Cedar Plank Salmon, oven-roasted with wilted bacon-mustard greens, lobster-tomato salad. Dessert: Creme Brulee. Washed down with house merlot.
Wonderful live jazz and wide view of the ocean to top it all.
Now back in our room to allow the food to settle and then down to the indoor/outdoor pool with poolside cocktails. And no kids after 8 pm.
Oh yes, our waiter turned out to be Romainian. (It just keeps getting better.)
