Oh my god, I want all of these so hard. Especially E-Moe, E-Moesha, and all the little devils. They are so fricking adorable!
Also, this toy is pretty cool. You put in your last.fm username and it searches flickr and shows you pictures that have the names of the songs you're playing in them somewhere. I've only gotten one actual picture of a band so far, but some interesting ones come up when you play The 69 Eyes. The fact that it can come up with appropriate pictures from a song and artist name that are completely in Japanese (和田薫 - 半妖 犬夜叉), but Private Line - Upstairs Downstairs gets nothing is kind of annoying, though. Planet of the Sun gets me fossils. WTF? Whatever, it's still fun. :)
I'm a little pissed that prop 8 passed in CA. I actually tried to sign a petition to reopen it, but it was only open to Californians.
Two songs I'm looking really hard for right now are Scandinavian Music Group - Levoton Tuhkimo and Negative - Sinä & minä. The sole reason I have for believing they exist is tracklists at recordshopx, but I want them. Finnish bands I love + covers of Finnish bands I don't know all that well (yet) = waaaaant.
I'm applying to Petsmart today. My friend Camy works in the Petshotel at one in, idk, Warren or something, and I'm so jealous of that job. I desperately need a job, especially since I'm not going to school right now. I think I have about $14 to my name at the moment. Selling my eggs is starting to look a little tempting, but gainful employment is definitely the preferred option.
