New Job
wow crazy i haven't updated in the longest time. so i started a new job at an ortho clinic and love it. i finally am enjoying what i am doing. The work place that shall not be named was aweful, the people sucked and the manager could still kiss my ass but i am in a better place now. i actaully get a hi in the morning and nice to see you for once.
it has been confirmed. i will graduate in may of 2010 with my masters degree and i will take a two week sabbatical in jan to work 2 40 hour weeks in health assessment class. whoopie, not to mention take the two hard courses this fall in pharmacology (yeah prescribing privleges) and pathophysiology. my GPA IS A WHOOPING 3.97 right now and i couldn't be happier. as soon as i am done with school, i am planning on applying at Marquette to be a Doctor of Clinical Nursing! Dr. W sounds good! i've also lost almost 12 pounds with no soda or snacking.
megsta keeps traveling so i keep finding stuff to do around the house. been working out more and planning on seeing kungfu panda at mayfair tomorrow with G dog.
Jon and kari wedding was marvelous. i am so happy for the two of them. couldn't ask for a better couple, i really don't want them to move away but we do what we have to, to move forward.
our basement had 8 inches of water in it, so we are working on tearing up the carpet. the carpet padding is what killed it because it acts like a super absorbant sponge. got about half of the room done with about 1.5 to go, also had to tear up the baseboards before they got all moldy. megsta i don't think is handling to good. she seems very depressed since this all went down. i think she just needs a major break from life right now. a vacay or just a few days off. well back to the job.:)
