Happy Hallmark Day
Come on, who needs much of an excuse to be a little bit more romantic than usual? I hope everyone had a good one.
I got my token chocolate from okasan. Oh my, it is good.
So apparently the Beloit mail center lost Alex's flowers or they weren't delivered or someone else now has some roses from a "distant lover" in their room. Great.

Anyway...
I bought the Kanji sono mama rakubikijiten yesterday! Used it was something like 3500 yen. The store, however, was out of Nintendo DS systems. Luckily a friend here informed me that a store by a pachinko place would have them. Here's hoping I can make the last bus home after a stop there. Or I might go tomorrow. Whatever. Anyway, the version of the "game" that was just the "translation" software was there too. Let's see...now did I want to get just that and save 400 yen, or get the full package? Yen was at about 122 to the dollar this morning so I can't imagine anyone being so stingy. Last copy though! Woo!
Weird dream: I was caught driving 80 in a 40 zone and I didn't have a license, or an "adult" with me. So I was in the court room and they were about to let me off after I introduced evidence that most people went 93 on that road when the cop, who had showed up to the trial/hearing, shouted that I didn't have a license. I said I had an adult with me and the judge said that there was no mention either way, but then somehow (I guess because it was a dream) I "made" it so I had someone with me and I was fine.
Then there was some philosophical stuff. Weird.
PS Japanese energy drinks are hell.
oh and haha, I got to see Bleach before anyone in the states.
