it amazes me sometimes how the simple things just make it all right
I'm sitting here around a fire, drinking wine, with my mother and a cousin, making bad jokes and telling each other our joy and woe
and nothing else matters..... my life doesn't matter
getting a job doesn't matter
my problems with the otter and tiger don't matter
it's moments like this that make me happy.... and I'll always be glad for them, because it's always the simple things that should count the most
