A sprain is usually a hyper-extension. If you kicked something and got the swelling it sounds like it could be a high up break.
My mom did that when I was little. We had a rat in our house that must have had a death wish because the first time we noticed him he ran across her foot in the middle of the night when she was making my brothers bottle. She screamed and kicked the cubbord and broke her foot way up inside. She did not go to the dr for a while and ended up in a cast up to her thigh....
monday....tommorow now that would be neat..... I can't afford the doctors vist..... let alone the x-ray and cast.... I'm suppose to be saving money not spending it and all that is at least $200
the thing is the pain seems to be confined to the side of the foot.. along the muscle and now that the swelling has gone down I can walk with a little discomfort.... and nothing moves out of place or grinds when you twist the foot.. meaning there is no free or dislocated sections of bone
if it is a break it's a fracture and not a very bad one..... which is the problem.... because it could be nothing.... and I would still have to pay for the xray......>_
^_^.... mmm.... thought as much.... I know my body very..... I might not have the medical background to assess others.... but I'm very rarely wrong about what's happened to me
