Sometime after Galaxia's defeat, Jadeite was freed from his crystal prison by Hotaru.
Jadeite has a few small businesses on the side that continued during his absence, largely because they weren't energy-gathering operations. He is now a wealthy man.
Jadeite gave up on villainy out of spite. And greed. But mostly spite.

Rei did not have her non-senshi abilities in the Silver Millennium because she wasn't a miko then.
Rei is not as boy-crazy as she acts.
Rei worries constantly about her grandfather, given that he was once a carrier of a Rainbow Crystal. She fears he might be attacked again because of it.

When Minako makes it into college (with the insistence and help of Ami and Setsuna), she also makes it as an idol. It helps that Enemy attacks have, for the most part, stopped entirely.
Around the same time, she begins dating a familiar young man named Satoshi.
Minako takes her job as leader of the Inner Senshi much more seriously than anyone thinks she does

- Magus despises his mother, and has since he began to hide his magic.

- Magus misses his kitty. He eventually acquires another purple kitty that he names Fadora.

- Magus has a child in 600 A.D. This was not done for pleasure, but out of not wanting his family line to die so there would always be someone to search for Schala.
