I do my chores, I do my homework, I read my books.
I keep to myself, mostly.
All right, maybe I downloaded a couple thousand
songs from the internet, but who hasn't?
All I want is to meet the wizard.
I mean, is that so much to ask for?
But nooooooo.
Instead I got jumped-up rent-a-cops telling
me I'm not a truly skilled trainer,
cranky old men blocking my road to Pewter City
and victory against the Gym Leader there,
and store clerks who seem to think I'm a delivery girl.
Where is the justice?
Where is the kindness and the human decency?
Why is everyone so eager to take advantage
of a sweet, innocent, ten-year-old girl?
