Okay. So. I hear this squeaking noise, right? Kinda sounds like a squeaky toy.
No idea what the hell it is. It goes on for awhile, so I look outside, see what's up. Nothing.
Sit back down, there it goes again. And I see reflected in my laptop screen my cat go darting across the porch.
So I get up to look outside again. Nothing. Sit back down, dog goes outside.
There goes the squeaking again.
So I go outside and see that the dog and cat are tag-teaming a baby rabbit.
Had it backed up against a wall of the house.
I chased them off and grabbed the bunny. Holy crap it was a tiny bunny.
Dad got the animals inside, then we decided that no, probably shouldn't let the bunny go in the yard.
So I went through the house, put on Dad's shoes because my hands were occupied holding/protecting the bunny, and go around to the backyard, by the huge property behind our house.
I let it go through some trees. It just stayed on my hand for a good thirty seconds before realising 'oh hay i can go now'. It didn't seem hurt at all, just scared, and it stopped shaking while I was holding onto it.
But holy CRAP tiny bunny. Seriously, I could hold it in one hand and those of you who have met me know how small my hands are.
