>Funny, but sight unseen, I think it would be more interesting to do crap music for a crap show on a crap network, >than for the game.
Well having done music for a couple of crap TV shows and a crap game plus two "ok for what they are" games, games are actually more fun to work on. TV work is pretty bad, nowhere near the professional quality or manners of the film world. The game industry is somewhere in-between. The TV show would pay much more, but in a perfect work I'd get some regular commercial work which doesn't take much time thus allows for time to spend the money, which is what it's all about isn't it ? :)
>I had noticed you weren't posting for a bit. That actually crossed my mind. I was thinking, hrm, we haven't heard >from him since his post about AngelElectric's visit... what was that, a week ago?
Yep, i guess I'm still recovering from her visit :) Actually, I don't post much because I don't always have anything to say (unlike in the flesh where I don't shut up) I'm pretty opinionated and could rant for hours really, but it's not something I'd want to read so why subject others to it ? :)

Personally I would be interested in reading it. I'm not sure why I assumed anything but I found myself surprised that that you have a LJ. Another good reminder to not assume I guess.

You're right, you shouldn't assume anything ;) I'm only kind-of half here hough. As you can see I don't post much in my own journal, mostly popping up here and there in the comments of others. Thanks for your interest in reading my rants, but I don't have much interest in writing them I'm afraid :)
I'm still getting used to the idea that people actually read this stuff, but then, I suppose it is the whole point of writing it. All very egotistical when you come to think of it...

As a generally pretty quiet person I can agree with this to a degree. But on the other hand I suppose it can be egotistical in a good way, by putting it into words you can gain perspective on your thoughts and how you view events in your life and also like stretching a muscle it can serve to release tension. And you never know what it might trigger in others, kind of a catalyst.
From my point of view it's interesting to see into your world as a real person given that you've seemed like a abstract concept to me since I first heard your music right after The Fight is On was released. What, he stubs his toes too??? Wow. :>
>by putting it into words you can gain perspective on your thoughts >and how you view events in your life
Indeed. Getting responses is an important part of that obviously.
An abstract concept ? You should try living with me ! If only you knew :)
I resent the implication that I stub my toes btw, I'm way too cool for that. I do tend to bang my head quite often though, that probably explains a lot...
