Because Lhune so nicely asked ... XD
A drabble dump of what I've managed to write during my writer's block ...

First one : 3 Beyblade drabbles. Prompts : beginnings, middles, ends

Prompt 001 Beginnings

Neither of them still remembered how and when it all started. But one day, Kai suddenly stood up. Crossing his arms before his chest. A defiant look in his eyes. And Tala followed, a couple of days later.
They were still so young. So small. Yet the other kids didn't dare to do anything. And when one of them did start picking on Ian, the smallest of their group, the other four immediately came to his aid. It left all of them covered with bruises, but the tone was set. You don't mess with them...

Prompt 002 Middles

There was a bond between the five of them that nobody really understood. They didn't really understand it themselves either.
The only thing they did know, was that they were always together. That they fought for another, never let anyone alone. If there was one of them who struggled, all of them struggled. And together they overcame every obstacle on their way.
As the years passed by they became closer still. Having been through all the fightings, all the battles. All the pain and the happiness. The tears and the laughter.
They knew everything about each other. And they didn't need words to understand one other. They were together for so long already.

Prompt 003 Ends

Like none of them remembered how and when it all begun, it was all to clear to them how and when it came to an end.
Boris and Voltaire. They had made their lives a living hell sometimes. The tortures, the fighting. But they had always managed to come through it, to survive. Because they were together. That was their strenght. Together they'd beat anything.
It all ended when one morning, one of them didn't wake up...
It had broken the four who were left behind. Broken them like nothing else had every succeded.

Second one : original. Prompt : Mouse

"Mommy..."

Her voice is whining and her mother mentally prepares herself. That tone she uses. It predicts trouble.

"Yes my dear?"

Outwardly she shows nothing. Just keeping her hands busy with preparing dinner, and her voice calm.

"Can I have a doggy?"

For a second she halts her movements. Whatever she had expected her little girl to ask, it wasn't this...

"A dog? No honey, we can't keep a dog. You daddy and I work all day. A dog needs to be outside a lot of times and it needs company. It will feel lonely if it has to stay in the house the entire day."

She looks aside when her daughter stays silent for a couple of minutes. A pensive look on the girl's face. Slowly she nods, understanding her mother's argument. Her eyes are glittering when she looks up again. As if she just found the perfect solution for the problem.

"Can I have a mouse then?"

Third one : original. Prompt : extension lead

"We need something to tie his hands."
A soft snort leaves Tom's lips and he rolls his eyes, holding his hands on his back.
"I'm not going to cheat, you know..."
His voice sounds a little reprimanding, though his eyes are still twinkling.
"We can use my scarf."
They all look up when Sofia walks on the tatami. Surprised glances. None of them had expected to see her arrive.
"Or..."
Tom shakes his head, he had seen her eyes flash towards the corner of the cantine.
"No, never mind. Use my scarf."
Gently she ties Tom's hands behind his back.
"I thought you weren't coming to training..."
She chuckles softly, not really answering.
"Okay, so, Tom versus Nathan. Tom, seeing your hands are tied, kicks only. Nathan, you only uses your hands to punch. Clear?"
Both boys nod once. Eyes locked, concentrated on the fight.
"Hajime."
It only takes a couple of seconds before a curse leaves Tom's lips when he loses his balance after a sideway kick. Nathan's reaction is a clear laughter. And some softer chuckles can be heard around them.
Soon however Tom has found the right way to move and kick without losing his balance, and the fight increases in speed and force. Until sensei makes them stop after 5 full minutes. Both boys are panting, trying to get their breathing back under control.
With a soft sigh Tom sets himself down on the ground, eyes closed. Nathan soon following his example.
"Nice fight."
Tom opens his eyes again when he feels Sofia's hand touch his shoulder, making him lean forward a little, away from the wall he is resting against.
Carefull she unties his hands again.
"Thanks."
She knows his shoulders, arms and wrists must hurt from being tied behind his back like that.
"You are so lucky no one thought of the extension lead that is lying in the corner over there."
A soft whisper, making sure no one else heard it.
"I know. Thanks for not mentioning it."
She smiles while she gently rubs his shoulders.

Last one : original. Prompt : paperclip collection

She's sitting right in the middle of the room, on the ground. Looking around, eyes taking in every detail of the nearly empty chamber. There's not much left anymore. A desk. A chair. And a wardrobe.

A small smile graces her lips. There is so much to make of this place. If she kicks out the desk and the chair. The wardrobe will probably be allowed to stay.

Standing up, she walks over to the boxes in the hallway, immediately knowing exactly which one she needs.

Whistling softly she takes out some tubes, a canvas, brushes. Time to make the house smell like home. Home always smells like paint. It's more important to her than decorating the rooms and putting all her stuff away.

She sets everything in the middle of the room again. Taking the chair to put the tubes and brushes on. She doesn't need a pallet to put the different colors of paint on. The chair is going to disappear soon anyway. Colors are spreading across it. Red. Blue. Yellow. Green. Orange. Purple.

She doesn't know what she's going to paint. And the blank canvas, for once, doesn't give an answer. Walking around mostly does. Carefully she opens the doors of the wardrobe. For a second tempted to step in it and look for the passage to Narnia. Before she laughs softly and shakes her head. After all these years, she's still a dreamer.

She passes on to the desk. Wondering if she'll find the key to the top drawer. Everything is empty, except for the last drawer. A shopping list, a pencil, and a key.

Curious so unlocks the top drawer. Expecting nothing.

Her eyes widen when she sees the entire drawer filled with paperclip. All kind of colors greet her.

Blinking she looks back to her canvas. Slowly a grin appears on her face. Her eyes flickering from the color-filled drawer to the white canvas.

She shrugs once when she walks back to the middle of the room. Time to go painting. And she already knows that once it is finished it will be too late to do anything else but cook dinner and go to bed. An early sleep. She needs it.

Moving out truly is tiresome. Exiting, but tiresome.

Well, that's it. I know they are short. Real drabbles. I might perhaps rewrite some to a longer drabble. Perhaps. One day. I'm not sure yet...

Anyway, please let me know what you think of it. XD
