Well, our financing for reopening Willy's Place fell through, so I've been spending a lot of time online researching our options. We've been questioning the wisdom of that venture anyway since a new demon bar has opened here in town. I heard it's doing well so far; I should stop by one night and check out the competition.
Not much else has been going on around here since JT's most recent disastrous party. The kids are getting ready for their Prom, and they seem very excited about it. Sera is going with her friend Carlos; Grant doesn't seem crazy about her dating Carlos, but he seems like a nice enough kid to me. I've noticed he's very overprotective when it comes to Sera, though. JT is taking the Slayer's sister. He's not very communicative - you know how guys can be - but he seems to like her quite a bit.
Vengeance work has been slow, and I expect to hear from D'Hoffryn about not meeting my quotas recently. I should go out and try to drum up something, I suppose. If I have to hear one more time how hardworking the boss' pet is, I'm going to puke. For a while it was Halfrek, Halfrek, Halfrek and now it's Satavaesa, Satavaesa, Satavaesa. Some of us never catch a break. At least it's been ages since I've had to deal with Zorak. Thank goddess for small favors.
