Clare, an update on that Heath & Heather company thing. I've done a bit of investigating (because I also have their Nettle and Peppermint teas) and have found the following information.. it's not good

:( 'Heath & Heather' sounds so innocent too. Ooh, how would you grow your own peppermint? I suppose nettles are super-easy to find, I just have no idea how to brew them into a tea. 'Clipper' do a nettle tea too, do you know what they're like?
Oh, is that a recent pic in your icon? You look exactly the same ( but with longer hair of course >.<)

That picture is 2 years old now I think.

Clipper are amoung the most innocent appearently. There's not a single bad point against them on the Ethiscore website and in fact they have a star on their profile for company sustainability.

I don't know how to grow peppermint, but I'll try to find out.
