Ok, here's the deal, I've decided to lock down the writings here a bit.  I'm not a terribly private person, and posting things here is pseudo-anonymity is one of the appealing factors.  But with where my life is, what I'm interested in, and all that is going on, it feels mildly safer to at least know who knows what about me. That being said, almost all entries from now on will be locked to some sort of friends only filter and I'll eventually get around to locking the old ones.

This also has the added benefit that you get to choose the topics you read, so if there is something you don't care about, or really don't want to know about, your odds of randomly finding out about it on LJ have been diminished.  All you now have to do is review this list of filters and make a comment on this entry and I'll have my secretary get you on the list.  Also, if for some reason you decide to not want to view things, post and we'll get you off the list.

Available Filters

• Body Modification: A place for me to show tattoos, discuss new ones I'm thinking of, and contemplate the topic in general.
• Dreams: Not that I currently keep a dream log, but if I start doing that here, and you're interested, this would be the place.
• Gaming: Any sort of gaming that I might write about: table top, pen and paper, online, whatever.
• General: You know, that life thing.  General updates, memes, family and friends type things.  That sort of stuffs.
• Musings: A place for a lot of the random stuff that pops into my head, or that I observe in life.  Not really sure all that will end up here, but it should be fun.
• Offline: This is for those people that I actually know in real life.  Posting things like new address, phone numbers, screen names, and personal invites to parties and such that I may be throwing
• Occult: General occult topics, energy work, magic, ritual.  This will also cover my thoughts on philosophy and religion when they come up.
• Occult Communities: While I am all one for close knit groups and networks, I tend to not be overly involved with communities in general, but here is where I may discuss interactions with those in the vampire, therian, and otherkin communities.
• Personal Mythology: Kind of like with the dream one, only dealing with past lives, my psyche, my souls, and my own personal, well, mythology.
• Sexuality and Relationships:  These are pretty self explanitory.  I'll make posts about my relationships and things related to that, being poly, working with and through jelousy, updates on how relationships are going, and other such things.  While I generally don't plan on posting anything sexually explicit here, if I do, I'll try to remember to put it under a cut.
• The Deep End:This is where any truely weird shit ends up.  You know, things that are a bit beyond "crazy random happenstance".  This may also include some of my deeper reflections on experiences that are generally more personal and private.  This is one of the few filters that you may or may not end up on by request.
• Work: If you really want to hear me rant about crazy shit that happens at work or on client site.
