For a long while now, I've been stalking this journal. I really fell in love with your story. I was never a fan of AU stories, but you changed that! I found this story through the Adult Fanfiction site, then I did a search for it. And voila! It led me here :D

I love the character of Alex, and while I was really sad he didn't end up with a certain someone. That didn't stop me from drawing them together ;)

Anyway, Is it alright if I friend this journal? I really would like to keep up with the story.

No probelm at all, I'm always glad to hear from people who liked the story, and particularly from people who read the more fanfic-version because I can have a reference point to what I did good or bad when I re-write it.

I'm friending you on this journal of mine, if you don't mind ^_^

Well, I'm truly amazed by your skill to write 48 Chapters; and not just short Chapters like other writers. That's amazing >_O;

I'm also really looking forward to the re-written version, mainly because it gives me an excuse to re-read it again for the third time and also try to figure out Alex's battle gear correctly. I would drop in my two cents about the story as well, but I know that you as the author and person who created this story know better than anyone which parts your going to re-write... so anything I say is bit pointless.

Sure. I friended you back! :D And lol at your icon.

He he, it did take me three years to write it so quantity has its toll XXD

If you have any question or any comments on problematic plot turns I'd love to hear them. Particularly as I re-write a story, every watchful eye is great help in finding plot holes, OOCs in original characters and problematic details. Seriously, I need to hear these things to help make this story as best as it can be.

And, wow, two times. Now I'm the one impressed ^_^ it's such a compliment!

True enough. I also love the fact that you made Kamui a Vampire even before CLAMP ever did. Heh. You rock! XD

Well, I would... really. I just don't want to make it sound like I'm requesting or anything of that sort. So the only small thing I can say is, I really would enjoy a detailed explanation on how Alex came to be. That was the only bit that confused me.

Well you deserve compliments! I mean writing this story for three years. I would send you an Alex drawing I made out of appreciation for this wonderful story. But I don't have a scanner, so the only thing I can do is ... [showers you in virtual gifts] :)

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about that. I'm going to sound so snobbish but I sort of dislike Clamp vampires. I mean, no explenations, no specie-specific powers, nothing. And how's Fai a vampire? I mean....running around in daylight, not always thirsting for blood; it's like Clamp vampires are only vampires for the drama of the title *le sigh* but maybe they'll be a little more specific in the future, sa, who knows.

How Alex came to be, do you mean his life's history. I can email you the un-beta-ed and VERY VERY primitive first part of the saga, where Alex' life are told. But I warn you; that thing needs some SERIOUS re-editing.

Awww, a drawing of Alex!! Hoorah!! I'm so excited, even if I can't see it. It's such a compliment for a writer to hear they've inspired creativity in others. I know I love an author for making me fire up and think of plots of my own. Thank you!!

I agree, and your not sounding snobbish at all. I mean, the most a CLAMP vampire can do is grow really long nails :D But eh. I digress. I really don't care what CLAMP does anymore. I have quietly and kindly exited out of the fandom recently. Too much unnecessary drama and the same discussions over and over again. That and I'm getting tired of people being duplicitous.

I would really enjoy that! I don't mind if it's full of errors and such. If it pertains to the story. I would love to know about it! My email is: nreitsch@gmail.com

No. Thank you. You definitely inspired me. I always draw vampires and characters I've enjoyed from a certain series, but I've never drawn a character from someone's fanfiction story, but I just had to make an exception with your character. And so, as soon as I buy a scanner, I'll be sure to send you a copy somehow ;)

LOL and become femi-bishies. God, it's like the thing with Intreview with The Vampire movie where the transformation into vampirism included the person becoming really really beautiful XXD aaaah, that movie's one of my childhood's all-time classics <3

I escaped the X fandom as well due to drama; too much elitism, too many empty-headed fangirls, zero tact; bad combination! I abandoned all anima fandom besides keeping an eye on Hellsing as the story progressed (OMG, I love that seires, there's going to be SO MUCH of it in this saga @_@) but then someone spoiled me on Fai becoming a vampire and now I'm back on keeping a lookout on TRC (though it's getting crackier and emoier as the minutes tick by...). But I'm keeping clear of the fandom, WAY clear.

I love the film as well, the book included, but I'm saying this because I'm biased when it comes to Anne Rice because I like her books and characters. It's simple mathematics really... Vampires=Awesome ;)

Can't argue there. The fangirls in X seem to think they are CLAMP themselves, and thus, they know everything. Another friend of mine also left the fandom way before I did. So now, I'm able to understand why. Suffice to say, other fandoms are much more stable, which is a bold statement, but it my opinion, it's the truth. Oh, and I adore Hellsing too! (That's why I love your story so much, it has a combination of everything I love) The last chapter of Hellsing that I left off was when Integra is telling Alucard not to disappear. So I can't wait to read the next chapter. As for Tsubasa, I think CLAMP has officially decided to stick with emo and angst in their stories. They created their own genre :)

Ha ha! A fellow Anne Rice lover, too, cool! Though I have to admit that The Body Thief is where the charming reasonable plot ended and the Mary Jane-ness began to sour the loveliness. By Blood Canticles it was hard for me to keep reading I was so annoyed at the butchery of my beloved Lestate ( ... )

I can't say I blame you. Oh, how the mighty have fallen. I can sort of comprehend why Anne Rice wrote that book the way she did, but at the same time it's hard to accept ( ... )
