I'm trying to tackle this ridiculous debate. I'm supposed to argue for the Iraq war, I'm supposed to find arguments that we were right to enter into it. This is like arguing that gays shouldn't be in the military. American male chauvinistic insecurities. How do I keep getting stuck in these debates I don't believe in?

As sympathy and integrity escapes sycophants, satire escapes sheep. My suggestion of highest and best use would be to put yourself in a mindset to translate republicrat newspeak into honest reflection of their goals and desires. Eloquently make the points that Native Americans, Aboriginis, Palestinians, were ignorant breeders that didn't appreciate the minerals, gems, and precious metals on which they habited without appropriate Western want or desire and Arabs are just a continuation of our God-given right to spread and rape of the Earth. Make excuse that we don't appreciate that oil is needed for our iPods and airplanes, and that it is in America's best interest to maintain a presence in the middle-east lest a culture that represents everything we are against (slack, a quality of community and life with a minimum of labor) that we Westerner's abhor. End with a reminder that though our genocides have been mocked and touted as racist empirialism or colonialism in the past, given time we have succeeded at controlling natural resources, maintaining control of land, and keeping everyone occupied with their iPods and long work hours and those who would condemn have acquiesced and accepted the benefits of the plunder.

Lol I was honestly thinking about taking that stance ^ ^ It would have been funny but my speech teacher would have been bored and disappointed in my apparent sarcasm. I'm sure she would hate losing the chance to drill me with the one sided questions she uses. Its true though, America needs outsourcing other countries to compensat for its laziness.
