Ups and Downs
Just when things start to improve like the weather finally getting to a point where it's actually enjoyable to be outside, I get the total reality check. My cousin Peter passed away a couple days ago and I'm going to the wake later today. It was a car accident and he was 30 yrs. old, had just had his second baby. I wasn't especially close to him, but I remember some good times just hanging out with him at a few family gatherings.
Trying to look on the bright side, I'll get a chance to see alot of extended family I haven't seen in a long while. It's just too bad it really only happens at extreme events like this.
