I agree but that was a little too close for comfort there. Certainly the creature had us at a disadvantage when he arrived but at least now we know what will call him to us.
I noticed he zeroed in on you. He hasn't been in my mind so he couldn't use anything against me.
Rage is effective against pain. I should know my strongest attacks are raged induced. If I had reached my fury mode I think I could have been a handful for the Pyramid Head.
He was close to bringing me to it...but I don't like to think of the cost I would have had to pay to reach that mode.
To release that fury I lose part of myself. It is like I become an mindless animal. I don't have much control over my actions and anything in my path gets mowed down...and I do mean anything.
Honestly in that mode I probably could deal a great blow to that monster but I would be too much like him in that state.

Emergency signal? That might be a good idea since it looks like you are back on the shit list and well if I wasn't on it I am now.
I could try to establish a more stable mental link between us but I'm not sure if I could concentrate well enough to make it stay open constantly. The little excursion with cult has kind of stirred my brains a bit.

To be honest with you, that last encounter with Pyramid Head has done more than stir my brains. I'm keeping focused on murder to try to keep things from getting worse.
I don't think I could keep my own mind stable enough for us to keep that sort of link.
Let me suggest the more mundane alternative of speed dial. A disconnect will be considered a call for assistance.

We did make an impression, didn't we. My head still fucking hurts.

Yes, I believe we did. I would have tried to block his psychic attacks on you but I can't think straight when I am in a bloodrage.

It still feels good. It will feel better the more we hurt them.

So next time we can be better prepared.

He knows my weakness but I know how to fight it now. Rage muffles the pain.
I'll be ready.
When we go after Henry, we'll have to work fast and be ready for Pyramid Head's arrival.
[ooc: strike deleted and then retype. He's gotta trust someone.]

Then, if you reach that point, I stay out of your way.
Losing control... feels good until control returns.

Though I think the animal was raging to get out because it wanted to save you. It's never done that before...
Don't remind me.
[ooc: Strike so not there. She hates admitting to caring so much. ^^; ]

We've stirred up quite a fuss. I think we'll get to play more soon.
But we may wish to consider an emergency signal. I will feel responsible if the Executioner takes you.
[ooc: Strike deleted because it's pointless sentimentality. Or so he tells himself.]
