My friends who were ill yesterday, how do you fare today? The plague should take longer to act, but the gods seemed to put everything in fast forward.

Offering condolences to those who died seems empty in some ways, but I regret the loss for many.

Honestly I do not know which is worse they way they accelerate such things or when they drag things out over days. Yesterday's curse was one I hope they do not repeat.

I've no wish to see it repeated. A vampire's heightened senses can be a drawback under such circumstances.

Yes, I am sure considering my regular humans were assaulted by yesterday's sights and smells.

At least you didn't have Pup creating a forest of impaled rats in your living room?

That impale fetish of his can be quite bothersome at times.

It kept him occupied and the rats were a nuisance. At least I can just dump them down the rubbish chute to the incinerator.

They didn't disappear once the curse ended?

No. Apparently that would have been too simple.

Of course. I am thankful I did not have the rat problem yesterday if that is the case.

Perhaps if Pup had not killed them, they would have returned to wherever they came from.

But it kept him occupied while I tended to Alucard.

Is Alucard still sleeping?

I believe so, yes. It's still broad daylight. I don't think he's in the mood for tolerating the sun today.

Hmm, I think everyone is still feeling shaken and unsettled by yesterday's curse.

In one way or another, yes, I believe you're correct.

I myself am struck with the notion to hug my daughter and not let her go.

I would certainly be lying if I said I was not feeling unsettled about yesterday.

[ooc; Strike not there.]

I am unaccustomed to seeing Alucard ill or even the notion that it was possible. It left me... troubled.
