New Round + Old Round Notes

So the old round ended in February and I still haven't gotten the winners posted yet! That will be in the next post. I've had a couple of questions about a new round, so I thought I'd ask a question here as to what everyone wants.

A new full round or a mini round? The mini round will consist of a 4x4 card and you will have to black out the card with either 4 separate creations or one big one. A full round will be the same as usual.
