Potrait Drawing
Hmm... in case anyone is interested...
My Dad wants to practice his portrait-painting skills, so he's sending out a general call for people to pose. It's a two-hour sitting, with five-minute breaks every twenty minutes, at his house in Woodlands. Time and date is up to you, you just tell me and I'll call him to check and arrange.
Remember to choose a pose that you can sit for two hours in, or failing that, a digital photo is ok but that is A LAST RESORT and it MUST be high-res. VERY high-res. You can also cosplay or whatever you want as long as you can do it for two hours. The apartment's pretty breezy, so I don't think he'll turn on the air-con.
It'll be an oil-painting, quite smallish, around slightly bigger than an A3, and you get to keep it after he's done - he'll varnish it, but I don't know about framing. It'll finish in about, say, a week or so.
(And don't worry, my dad's really friendly, not one of those disturb-or-die artsy types, and his house is pretty nice. Ask us if you want pictures of his work, he did potraits of us too.)
