High school is really a slap in the face.
All through middle school, everything is perfect. Absolutely perfect. Even when it's not.
All through middle school, you know what's in the "real world." But in high school, there are people smoking right on school property in the back every morning. And it's your friends that are suicidal, not just random people on the videos in health.
It's overwhelming for me to think back to happy it was. Not that I'm not happy now, but that was just so... different.
And in middle school, every one has a boy friend or girl friend but you, but in high school, it matters. You want it not for the title, but to have that feeling of caring and being cared for...
And...
I'll stop rambling now.
I just know exactly how you feel.
