My coworker, Eric, gets a bunch of these emails everyday. This one made me spit coffee on my desk.
Random tidbits...
- Joe and I are learning how to play Warhammer 40k with a coupld of friends of ours. We had our first lesson/skirmish Sunday. It was a ton of fun! :] My army got wiped out pretty easily, but once I get the hang of playing and start strategizing I see them making a come back. I need to get so harlequins and paint them up as an elite's choice in my Eldar army. I wish GW still had a codex for a Harlequin army. They're wonderful beyond all imagining.
- I started a Google Lively account, thanks to Rusty. You all should to. My name on it is DannisNotEmo. My room is terribly empty. :( You can check out Rusty's photo gallery though! Look up Shangri La. Cool stuff there.
- Becca and I had a mini craft swap. She sent me a pretty bracelet and I sent her some earrings. My first attempt at scratch building wire earrings! All except the actual hook that goes through the ear. I'm pretty proud. Photos later, possibly.
- the_jenya agreed to illustrate my wedding programs and thank you cards! I'm so excited! Her work is so great and she's an amazing person to boot. I'm so thrilled that she said yes. <3!!
- I can has migraine. ;_;
- I'm spending ALL OF TONIGHT working on Joe's Assasin's Creed costume. Ren Faire is saturday. I need to get that shit done. He made bracers. From leather. All on his own. They're awesome. When I feel comfortable with my midsection (probably next year) I'm going to have him help me make a leather barbarian lady costume. I've always wanted one.
- I want to purchase every White Zombie and Rob Zombie Album on vinyl. Right now.
- I want to see Mermaid in a Manhole. Don't click that link if you are squeamish or not into over the top gory horror. It looks so grossly worth buying. I miss Asian Cinema night. ;_;
- I want to buy new stompy boots. the_jenya showed me some yesterday that I added to my Wist immediately. I also went on a makeup shopping spree. Damn. Makeup and Boots are my weekness.
- I want to go home, throw on some 90's metal and dance! Yes. Random. But I want to.
