Glancing over my profile will give you a good idea of what I might be like, but it's obviously not even the tip of the tip of the iceberg. Does that sound arrogant? I bet it does if you're not used to confident people...
Most people call me Pearl for short. Otaku call me Pearl-sama (with a few exceptions). I was born on April 24, 1983. I live in the Pacific Standard Time Zone. I have traveled to other countries and all over my own. I'm a traveler, and I plan on seeing many more places after I graduate college.
I'm a linguistics major. This means I study languages in a scientific manner. I'm very much interested in many cultures and languages, historical and present. I'm currently studying Latin and Japanese. I plan on learning Romansh, Italian, and Spanish. Maybe Arabic, too... We'll see.
I'm a real foodie. I love food, I love cooking, and I love wine. I identify with Remy from Disney's "Ratatouille." I'm also into anime and manga, so you will hear me refer to myself as an otaku. I'm a geek slash nerd, but I don't necessarily look the part. I'm artistic, passionate, and logical. I also garden.
