Nothing but hassles this week x.x
If you have my cell# don't text me anymore. At the start of the summer my dad got a new phone because of some promotion they were having, even though he never uses the damn thing. They told us when a 4th phone was added onto the family plan we were all supposed to get 1000 free texts every month, since they care about customers and all that jazz. For a while we did have that plan - the next month they tried to bill us $40 for some texts and when we called up they said it was their software mistake and they would credit our account - which they did. Now all of a sudden I get a message from ALLTEL telling us it was all a billing mistake all along and we have no text plan so every message will cost us $0.15... So yeah, no more texting and back to just after 7pm free calling - assuming that isn't a billing error too >.< .
