Hall of Mirrors, Nine/Rose (eventually), All Ages, Eventually, she will have to accept that this time he really does mean it. That sometimes impossible really is impossible.

The Judas Series, Ten/Rose/Jack & Author-Created!Eleven/Rose/Jack, R, He’s a different Jack Harkness now, though. Not at all the same man who considered that ship his home once upon a time.

The Cold Heaven, Duplicate!Ten/Rose/Jack, PG-13, "They say black holes are like gateways to another universe" - Rose Tyler, "The Impossible Planet"

Post-"Journey's End" and post-"Children of Earth," Jack crosses dimensions, ends up in Pete's World, and is found by Rose and Ten II.

Disintegration: After Rose leaves the TARDIS, she makes a new life for herself and then runs into a familiar face.
