Course and poem Yay!
So next week I'm going to Adelaide for a training course on how to use a particular feature of Petrel, a fairly powerful piece of geology software.
Then I have the rest of the week (and weekend) in Auckland with my family and friends! Plus the Sunday night before that, for dinner with friends, due to flughts being routed from Wellington through Auckland.
... And having re-read my account of the dream I had about being Death in a play, I am writing a poem about it. ^_^ It's evil and I am enjoying it. Stupid mortal. Mwahahaha.
Will be posted up here when finished, probably within the next couple of days - I have written 6 verses (3 per day) and I think I intend to write 9. But then, I only intended to write 6 this morning. So who knows. Anyway it could well be a song, because there are spoken lines between sets of 3 verses, and a fixed meter and rhyme (limerick like with the first and second lines broken - ABCBDDB - and A,C and DD are in iambic pentameter).
