Aaron Sorkin (creator of The West Wing, and writer before it turned to crap) has a new TV show coming out. It's called Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, and it's about what goes on behind the scenes at an SNL-style TV show. There's a six minute preview available and HOLY GOD DOES IT LOOK GOOD.

Hurm. So Sorkin is going back to the behind-the-scenes situational. I was sad when "Sports Night" got cancelled. Cool. Amanda Peet, too. Yum.

(Did we need the cocaine reference right in the pilot? We already know he was arrested for it.)

That sounds like a great idea. The first two seasons of West Wing probably make up my favorite run on television, ever.
