I recently purchased a domain for myself:
Tiny Subversions! I've moved my website there, in anticipation of my WPI account going away in October.
Also, I have learned to write web applications using
Ruby on Rails. I love Ruby, and I love this framework. It's so quick and easy, and it works in rational ways that a person like me can understand. I have zero experience writing webapps. Armed with knowledge of HTML, some CSS, and some general programming, I was able to code up some simple blogging software in an hour today! Note: this was a test run, so there's zero security. I'd post a link, but I'm wary about it--someone could easily write a script to fill my database with junk or something equally nasty. For now, it'll be security through obscurity. I'll post a link when I have the posting method password protected, at least.
