 ...for gamerbrat and  iloveaibachan.
Here's the fic I promised. :P

Title: Knowledge
Genre: General. xD
Rating: PG
Summary: Jun remembers when love stories weren't as complicated as it was now.

Jun remembers when love stories weren’t as complicated as it was now. He remembers that love stories began when a girl pisses you off and you end up falling in love with her. He remembers that love began when you appear in front of her doorstep and become a loving pet.

But he doesn’t quite remember how it was falling in love with a person like Ohno.

He wonders when Ohno will finally look him in the eye. Perhaps by then, he’d be able to tell him how he really feels. Jun tries to catch Ohno’s attention (as if it wasn’t obvious enough during concerts), but he knows the fans are more important.

Jun feels inferior. He always feels ‘just next to Nino’ all the time, ‘just next to everyone else’ and ‘just next to fishing.’ He wants to feel wanted.

Placing a hand on the side of Ohno’s face, Jun grins and thinks maybe this was the time to let Ohno know. But he wasn’t looking at Jun; he’s too busy waving to fans and giving out peace signs. If not, he was too preoccupied staring into space or at Nino or something that was worth his engrossment.

As much as he wanted to deny it, he couldn’t lie to himself he needed - no, wanted Ohno’s attention. But Ohno was far too distracted and Jun couldn’t seem to grasp whatever it was on Ohno’s mind. He wanted to know though.

During concerts, Jun would always want to share the stage with Ohno. But sometimes, Ohno’s stage presence would be too powerful and dominating, he ends up watching the artist perform instead.

He liked observing Ohno from afar, he did. Ohno was such an interesting specimen of a man to watch and examine. It was partly amusing, and partly painful, as for Jun’s case. Ohno was just too naive.

As for another matter, skinship wasn’t exactly a sensitive topic within their group. Everyone was attached to one another, no one has even remembered to raise a brow anymore. He mostly only stuck to Ohno, though. Because he knows what he wants. And Jun knows he wants Ohno.

But Jun also knows he can’t fall in love with his leader. It’s way too risky, his mind tells him. But he also knows it is all worth it when Ohno gives him a sheepish smile from across the room, and he watches as the side of Ohno’s eyes crease, and his teeth show.

He'll try harder.
