This took me a while to figure out, but it is possible. Give it a shot.

So the Governer (of your respective state) wanted to hire an advisor. He had narrowed it down to three qualified men (sorry, no ladies), but only wanted to hire the smartest one. So that wacky governer of ours came up with a clever little puzzle, see if you can figure it out

His hat is white!?!?!?

He figured it out because after both men opened up their eyes they noticed that both hats were different colors and became confused and the odds of getting a white hat are higher? I think that's it.

the hat is white, but there's a way that the blind guy kind can actually prove it... instead of just making an guess based on statistics.
