Things always have a funny way of working out. I truly believe in Karma. I know it's come around to kick my ass a few times. I also know that there's no way to avoid it. When it's got your number, you don't know when it's comin', but it'll be when you least expect it. Sometimes even years later. Thankfully for me, I put a lot more thought into things before acting on them. Maybe I've grown up. Maybe I'm finally becoming an adult. Just because I don't want to grow old, doesn't mean I can't grow up... a little. :)
I've been talking to my brother more. It's nice. I've missed him. Maybe we can work on having some sort of familial relationship. Can't say the same for my father or my sister. No love loss for Kelly, but I'm still working on my daddy issues... oh, and what issues they are!
Anyway, on a happier note... one week from the big night! I'm so excited!!!
I can say I'm truly happy.
