Yuletide and other things
1. How is everyone doing? Lots of people are going through a lot of things, I know, so take care!
2. Schmaylor did a terrific podfic of my MCU fic, "Give the World a Hangover," where Tony gets drunk and decides to take over the world and the next morning has to explain that he was just drunk: http://archiveofourown.org/works/11968947

4. What should I nominate for Yuletide? I'm asking for the wisdom of the friends list :)
And later, what should I request? I feel like I've received such amazing fics in the past few years, that I'm not sure if it would even make sense to request more from these fandoms. Like I have received MULTIPLE fic-of-my-dreams for fandoms like Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk, The Unit, and Graceland, for instance, and it feels so strange asking for more even after I got the fics of my dreams. Also, for these teeny fandoms, I think maybe I've already begged enough lol - like everyone who would write these pairings for me has already done so brilliantly, so how can I even ask for more? On the other hand I could offer for these fandoms, but since I'm usually one of the only requesters that might be counterproductive lol.
On the other hand, I always have trouble making requests. I like to request stuff for YT that I know I probably couldn't get elsewhere, so IDK.
So here are the possibilities what I'm thinking for nominations:
1. Tennis RPF: Kyrgios, Murray, Thiem, Del Potro or Hewitt
I ship Kyrgios/Murray, and Kyrgios/Hewitt. I ship Thiem/Federer but I figure someone else will nom Fed. I ship Del Potro with lots of people and Nadal with lots of people, but someone will prob nominate Rafa too.
2. Will (TV show). At the advice of lj and dw friends who responded to a previous post, I started watching Will and I really like it, and I SHIP. Someone else will nominate Will, though, probably. However I multi-ship, and while I LOVE the most pop pairing, Will/Marlowe (one of my fave historical RPF pairings of course too), I'm not sure the other characters I like will be nommed.
3. One of my longtime favorite fandoms: Billy Lynn's Long Halftime Walk, The Unit, or Graceland.
Or should I pick two of these and get rid of Will since surely someone else will nominate Christopher fucking Marlowe <3
4. OR I could pick some random historical RPF for either sexy dudeslash or feminist history. Ancient Greeks, George Sand, women warriors, Renaissance painters. I could also do any of these as a request for Drunk History.
