James' ego is ridiculous. "If you trust Lena, why can't you trust me?" Trusting someone to not be evil is not the same as having confidence that your human friend won't get killed when he picks fights with superpowered beings. That has nothing to do with trust.
I'm not really that into Kara/Mon-El. Okay, at all. I feel like Mon-El's actor could be REALLY hot if his character weren't so bland. My theory (not spoiled, just speculation based on past eps) is that he's a prince and feels guilty for surviving. Maybe if this vanilla bro act is just an act, he'll get more interesting/hotter.
But more importantly, did we just get canon confirmation that everyone on Mon-El's home planet is bisexual or pansexual? Where is the Mon-El/James/Winn fic?
Speaking of slashiness, Lena/Kara is ridiculously slashy, and I'm enjoying it. I hope Lena's not evil, or perhaps evil but with a soft spot for Kara. Because enemy lovers are a fave trope. And speaking of that, apparently Smallville is the prequel to this show after all, because Jimmy was super jealous of Clark/Lex and their epic love.
J'onn being like "Of course I knew I'm psychic" about Alex's relationship/sexuality was pretty funny, and his comment that it wasn't his right to say anything so he didn't was nice.
Cat Grant and Lena need to meet.
Or we could go CW DC - bring back Moira Queen, have her meet Lena's mom. That would be an actual battle of badasses. Throw in Amanda Waller too. Way scarier than Kara vs. Barry and Oliver.
Why is Winn the only one who knows how to make or repair outfits for superheroes? Like doesn't the DEO do anything on its own?
