Summary: Many years later Harriet would reflect that those last days at Shrewsbury ran together in a terrible block and that all frame of time before Peter was ordered and all frame of time after his arrival was muddled.

A/N: Peter Wimsey is one of my literary crushes, long nose and monocle included. Somehow I thought it would be nifty to write for the fandom but matching DLS is hard! And the fandom has intimidatingly good fanfic. Ah well, it doesn't seem to have turned out too awfully and I had fun writing, 2am panic attacks and all. Fic set during 'Gaudy Night' for anyone on the f!list who knows the series.
