Today, today, today. First, the infamous SAT day. Whoo. It truly rocks your morning when you roll out of bed at 7 AM to take a test for 4 hours starting at 8. Gosh, so much fun. But necessary. It most definitely wasn't as bad at I make it sound. Katy and Josie got in my room, fuck yeah, I needed them.
And then, I got to shop it up at the Altamonte Mall, it was so sweet, I bought my prom dress... I'm not quite sure if I'm keeping it or not but it's gorgeous but a part of me thinks it's a bit too formal. Hmm... also, my new favorite store would have to be American Eagle. Regretfully I dropped around $100 there. Damn. I'm such a motherfucking girl. But it was so much funnnn.
OKAY>>>>>> Busch Gardens on Monday. I"m so psyched. Seriously, Shekra, I'm going to scream my head off. And I get to ride Monto and Gwazi and Kumba. Yay Yay Yay. I'm pumped.
But what I really wanted to get down to is how one event, one day, one action, can change a good portion of your life. Take Drake and I's breakup. One afternoon. Two conversations. One solution. Abandonment. It's really dissappointing. It's dissappointing to feel like you're the one trying super hard to be not demanding and sympathetic. And when you request one thing, "Okay, this is me laying down this one law," he says ehh.. I'm happy with where we are. But you're not. So.. sorry but I don't have any more time to give you. WhatEVER. Let me pie you in the face with my frustration. I'm not spiteful against him, I swear. I'm over that. It just still freaking tugs at my heart strings when I think how fine and dandy he's doing without me. Boo. Boo fucking hoo.
Take my birthday. Dad knows something's not right when we change plans about 50 times. I tell him the truth and world starts to crumble. I hated that. I hate when parents be parents. College will make authority so much easier but responsibility will get harder. I can't wait.
I guess what I'm trying to say is the same thing every teenage goes through. Change. And how much it fucking sucks. But it'll work out good in the end.
