Or do you have work off beforehand, because my mom said she'd pay for a hotel, to get some rest on the way up. I think she suggested that to you before, though...

Heh! Now you'll have multiple pictures! And then even more from other people, who I'm sure will be taking pictures.

ah..turning point..hmmm...would have to be 4 years ago. I was working on a degree for Secondary Math Teaching. Then out of the blue I am like..."I love math..just don't like high school kids and I hate school so why go to it the rest of my life?" So now I am going to be an Actuary and I graduate in December....I am so excitied...gonna make tons more money than a teacher!

My "turning point" story is this:
For 8 years I worked at a private university in the admission office. I was an Assiociate Director and by the time I left, I was the Interim Director. I was making good money, had a title, people who reported to me, a good reputation in the State in higher ed as well as on a National Level, having presented on several forums at National conventions. I got to travel all over the U.S. and we could afford the nicer things in life.
But I was miserable. The stress was killing me and I HATED my boss. So, in March of this year I quit. I now work part-time at barnes & Noble [which is what I did BEFORE I had this other job] and I'm MUCH happier.
