Well, if you're working for Microsoft now, that shouldn't be too difficult. There are a good handful of Seattle teams that fly down for the Bay Area games, and there are also events that happen in Seattle, some bigger and some smaller.

Thanks for the great description! I really enjoyed riding along with your team, and the feedback I got from you really helped us to improve the wand for the final game this past weekend. In case you are interested the wand website is now up at http://www.rawbw.com/~acorn/wand and the post-game website will be up next month at http://www.gotohogwarts.com. Thanks again for the detailed description - it was a lot of fun to read!

Great write-up! We missed a few of those puzzles, notably the animal sounds one overnight. Instead we got "sheep grid," a paper puzzle that used some of the graph paper in the text book. The audio puzzle probably would have been more fun. *shrug* I was also done listening with screeching sounds after Caring for Creatures.

Throwita Way -- ah, man, *now* I get it. We navigated to "throw-EE-ta", saw it was a landfill, made jokes about being at the dump, but never (well, I never) put those bits together. Very clever.

No, that was the same for us. The animal sounds one didn't get tested at all, since it blew up before any of us got there. We got the sheep clue as a slow down (hence why I can say that "pimp" means "five"), but the other two teams didn't get it either.

We were just hoping that we'd get the animal sounds one, after having listened to the CD over and over in the car. :)
