Is it bad that I am shocked that I still have money from last week's paycheck? I get paid every two weeks and I still have money from that check in my bank account.
I am so glad to have today off. It has been a BUSY week. I was only scheduled two days- 16 hours. I picked up two shifts and ended up working 9/9.5 hour days and worked over on the day that I had been scheduled. *urgh. My body was so tired after work on Wed. I did nothing. I was excited when I got out yesterday so I did my chores yesterday before Shawn got home.
Gas is around $3 a gal. How amazing is that? I had Shawn leave his Sam's Club card here this AM so I could get gas there this afternoon. I am exited to get cheap gas.
The weather this weekend is supposed to be WONDERFUL! I really want to go home on Sunday to go fishing. No one will fish with me, but I still want to go to enjoy the weather. Maybe instead Shawn and I will go to Partridge Creek mall and people watch. That would be cheaper!
I hope John sends me his computer soon. I have had this computer for 5 years. The left clicker-mouse-button keeps sticking to my finger when I click/push it and it falls OUT. It makes me angry. If I don't get his computer I am buying one when I get my State job. (I really would like to get hired!!!...still no word on the job, but I can only hope!)
I bought a floor lamp yesterday along with a wall clock. The floor lamp was $10 (was $40, got it at 75% off) and the wall clock was $14 (was $70, 75% off.) :-) I had a good shopping day yesterday!!! That is why I like working the PC team, I get the DEALS!!!
