Dear fans:
What was your most memorable vacation, and why?
My mose memorable vacation... hmm... I don't think there is one that is MOST memorable, but certainly there have been several which have proved to stick with me a long time. A few years back... gosh, maybe 8? My family took the Dares to Johnstown, PA (as you all know, that is where my family is from). Now, any trip to Johnstown is great because Johnstown in my favorite place on the planet, and every trip with the Dares is awesome because they are awesome. So when you mix that place with those people, the vacation is hella sweet. We just had a really nice time. For our last Fisher Family Reunion, we went to Syracuse, New York where my great uncle lives. (It's right by Lake Ontario.) That was just a crazy cool time because I got to spend an entire weekend with the Fishers, who are undoubtedly the most unconventional people ever. After that, we went to Canada without the whole crew, and there were tons of controversies surfacing, so it was fun, but then it went sour. I'll never forget it. When my folks took a vacation to Massachusetts one summer, we discovered my intolerance for seafood, and after spending a whole day eating nothing but clams, lobster, clams, and more clams, I woke up the next morning as swollen as a bull. It was disgusting. Ireland, of course, was a hugely memorable experience. Between the Mazzoni's and their selfishness, Rino and his spitting, Kim and her alcoholism, Dina and her barfing, Jessica and her clothes, and Janice and her "Do you know the Lord?" speech, it was a darn good time. Germany plus the rest of Europe was a great vacation too. That was with the Dares also, so duh it would be fun. But the people I met on the trip were awesome too, and it is definitely memorable since I'm still dealing with crap from it (see previous entry). So, all these are very unforgettable.
That is all.
