Thank god for November! This month has totally rocked!! I've had a blast, even the days that I work. I'm actually living the life that I wanted. It's too bad that after christmas is over, I will be back to lazy Darcy.
Because I have been busy, I figured I would share some tips of things that have really made my life easier.
1. I do get tired...a lot. It's just who I am, but when I need a jump start I found Moxie energy to give me a pick me up. I actually feel my metabolism kick in after I've had only a little bit. Must be the green tea in it. Not only does it seem to do the trick in waking me up but it's super delicious, I am hooked on the flavor AND best part it is cheap. I'm talking anywhere between 99 cents & a $1.99.
2.Water Water Water. Now because of my love for caffeine, I have to reap the consequence of drying out my skin and feeling wrinkly. They say to drink double the amount of water of how much caffeine you drank. Opt for Water over anything else.
3. Speaking of water...My next product is Vitamin Water Revive. Had too many spiked ciders or egg nog at that party you went to yesterday? ALWAYS. ^__~ Regretting it due to the slump & dehydrated feeling the next day? YOU KNOW IT! Best remody I've tried so far is the fruit punch revive vitamin water. One bottle and I am feeling like new again!
4. My favorite tip on looking refreshed (besides getting a good nights rest) using Burts Bee's Lip balm. Not only is this the best chap stick EVER, but I use it as an under eye cream. I've tried so many eye treatments to deminish my fine line wrinkles and deep purple bags under my eyes and nothing seems to work. I wanted to plump up under my eyes so they didn't look sunken in. Then I came up with the logics of the lip balm. It has menthol in it, which is prooven to tingle and make lips plumper...so why couldn't it do the same thing for my eyes? It stings for maybe a minute or so, then the circulation and color come back to my skin. It's quite a miracle! Plus, it's so moiturizing that it has kept the wrinkles away. I use it 2 to 3 times a day. Quick and easy. For $2...really...how can you go wrong?
5. Lastly smelling great. Pick yourself out a new scent. I got my bath and body works shopping for a new scent 2 months ago. Bought the most amazing smell called "Twilight Woods". It smelt so halloweenish to me, I couldn't resist!(dont' you go steeling my scent!) Not only does it smell wonderful, but I get complements daily on how good I smell. In turn it makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside, which leads to confidence. Things like that lead to positive re-enforcements, which will keep you happy and going through out the day. Plus, while you are creating great memories during the holidays you will be able to link whatever smell you are wearing to this year. ^__~
