Wrote an essay for a (mandatory) essay contest and beat out 79 other contenders?

"What is your family's tradition during the holidays?"
Beat his whole class, and all the finalists (the other 3 classes winners) essays were given to the principal, and she picked from those 4.

Now he has to read it in front of the WHOLE SCHOOL and families tomorrow during the Christmas Program.
(They are framing it for him, too.) Ha.

This comes a couple weeks after his part gets sent home for the holiday scene his class performs in the show, and the scene is called, "Star Boy"
You get no guesses as to who Star Boy is played by...
