moving in t-minus...
oh goodness. less than 20 minutes until the leasing office opens and i can go and get my key to my new apartment. i know i should be excited, and not nauseous...but that's what i am. i'm ... nervous. why is that? maybe because this is the first time that i'll be living on my own, and the first time that i'm really truly going to be allowed to do things the way that i want (and not have to given in just because my roommate was living here first). no. this will be a place of my own...and maybe that's why i'm nervous. it's the first really truly BIG thing that will be all my own.
excuse me while i go throw up thinking about that.
ETA: first snafu - the place where my washer/dryer will go has a thing installed. as in...i need to be handy maggie and take it down with my tools. thank goodness I HAVE tools. But my closet is massive. and awesome. and i will want to live in it. :D
